Today we popped over to Dorset and collected 8 little ladies from the British Hen Welfare Trust.
It’s always so rewarding to see how bewildered they are on arrival but soon settle in to their natural behaviours scratching and pecking at the grass.
The world is a very interesting place!
All tucked up in bed now.
Of course the bonus is having such delicious eggs to share with our holiday guests. 🐓🤩👌
