A little something we’ve been working on behind the scenes… 🦙❤️

We’re so excited to finally share that our handmade alpaca hats and soaps are now available on our website!

For those of you who have met Pablo, Pedro and Chico, you’ll know just how special our boys are to us. Every year, their beautiful fleece is carefully collected when they’re sheared, and we’ve been working with a lovely local knitter here in North Wales to turn it into something really special.

Each hat is completely unique and one of a kind, lovingly hand-knitted using 100% natural alpaca fleece, with no dyes or artificial colours. We absolutely love the beautiful natural shades, textures and different designs, and we hope you love them as much as we do!

We’ve also added our handmade soaps, including our fantasy-inspired collection, and there’s plenty more to come!

We’re still busy adding alpaca socks, cuddly alpaca teddies and more handmade goodies, with some lovely gift sets planned in time for Christmas. And of course, there are lots more soaps in the making too!

It’s been so lovely bringing all of this together, and we can’t wait to share more with you.

✨🌙 Welcome to the Night Court 🌙✨

What an absolutely magical evening we had on Saturday! 🦇💫

Our very first Romantasy Book Night, and what a night it was! From beautiful Starfall paintings and bookish conversations to themed cocktails, laughter and a little bit of Night Court magic! ✨

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the evening so special. It was so lovely meeting you all, chatting about our favourite books and seeing everyone having such a fantastic time! 🥰

And a big thank you to Emma and Claire for being part of it too! ❤️

We loved every minute of it and honestly can’t wait to do it all again!

I’m doing a little bit of juggling behind the scenes to see if I can squeeze a few more of you into our Romantasy Weekends!

The accommodation for our 2nd–4th July weekend is now pretty much full, BUT I potentially have a few extra spaces for anyone happy to bring their own tent or campervan.

I know a few of you have previously said you’d happily bring your own tent if it meant you could come, so if you’re one of those people, comment below or send me a message! ⛺️

I may also be able to squeeze a tent or two into the June weekends, but I’ll look at those separately once I know exactly where I’m up to.

If somebody swaps weekends, a cancellation comes in or I manage to create another space, I’ll contact people on the waiting list first.

And I just want to say thank you to you all for booking, it has been incredible. Also…I know it probably looks like I keep magically producing more weekends… 😂

This genuinely was only ever supposed to be ONE weekend!

The second happened because the first sold out and so many of you missed out. Then that one sold out in nine minutes, so I somehow found myself agreeing to a third. 😂 I’m honestly just trying to squeeze as many of you in as I realistically can.

But three weekends is my limit for A Court Beyond the Mountains. I’m not secretly sitting on weekend number four ready to spring it on you! 😂

I may look at one-night midweek Romantasy escapes in the future, or possibly a completely different theme later in the year, but for now these are the three.

For everyone who missed out on our first two Romantasy Weekends, this is your warning…

Our third weekend is confirmed!

2nd–4th July 2027

Same itinerary. Same immersive bookish fantasy weekend. Another whole weekend to escape to the mountains, train like a Valkyrie, talk books for hours, get creative, eat and drink around the fire and, most importantly, find your people and create your own Inner Circle.

And after the last weekend sold out in just NINE MINUTES, I really don’t know how long this one is going to last.

Bookings will open to our Romantasy Inner Circle at 7pm TONIGHT.

If you’re already signed up, keep an eye on your inbox. At 7pm you’ll receive an email with your priority booking link and all the accommodation options.

If you missed out last time, this is your chance.

And if you’re not on the Inner Circle list yet, make sure you join before 7pm tonight.
