Something truly spectacular is happening this Sunday, 21st June — and if you're in North Wales, you won't want to miss it!

Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) Sunrise Solstice Hike is one of Wales' most beloved annual traditions. On the Summer Solstice — the longest day of the year — thousands of walkers make the night ascent of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) to witness the sunrise from the summit. It's breathtaking, it's free, and it's the kind of experience that reminds you just how extraordinary this corner of the world is. 🏔️🌅

Whether you're an experienced hillwalker or tackling for the first time, the solstice hike is a very special occasion. Just make sure you go well prepared — good boots, warm layers, a torch, plenty of water, and ideally set off a few hours before sunrise (around 4:52am on the 21st).
