HIRING: Front of House Floor Managerāļø
Weāre looking for an experienced & motivated FOH floor manager to lead our restaurant team, oversee daily & delivery exceptional customer service. This is a full time role with a very competitive salary.
What Weāre Looking For
* 2+ years experience in a Floor Manager or similar hospitality management role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and co-manage a front of house team.
* Confidence in managing a busy restaurant floor and making decisions under pressure.
* Ability to effectively control the flow and pace of service to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
* Experience using Lightspeed POS or a similar digital ordering system.
* Experience using OpenTable or similar reservation management platforms.
* Strong organisational skills, including rota planning and labour management.
* Excellent attention to detail across all aspects of the guest journey.
* Ability to adapt to a variety of service styles, including events, private functions, and high-volume trading periods.
* Hotel PMS experience desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage day-to-day front of house operations.
* Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and hospitality.
* Coordinate service with bar, kitchen, and management teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
* Manage and support the front of house team through effective leadership and coaching.
* Oversee floor plans, reservations, and table management.
* Create and manage staff rotas in line with business needs.
* Monitor service standards and proactively address any guest concerns.
* Support the delivery of events and special functions.
* Work collaboratively with the wider management team to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
