Magic ✨
A magical night beneath the Milky Way at Beaghmore Stone Circles, County Tyrone.
Dating back around 4,000 years to the Bronze Age, Beaghmore is an extraordinary complex of stone circles, stone rows and ancient cairns, surrounded by the quiet landscape of the Sperrin Mountains. A place where archaeology, ancient history and the night sky come together beautifully.
After a cloudy start, the skies finally cleared, revealing the Milky Way above these ancient stones. Wonderful to share the experience with my friend and photographer Swaroop, who also captured a lovely shot.
Photo taken at closer to midnight on 6th October.
