☀️ A QUICK HOT WEATHER UPDATE FROM THE HOLME BUSH INN ☀️

It turns out that when Dorset decides to become the Costa del Sol, certain things don’t always behave as they’re supposed to.

As many of you know, we’re currently dealing with ongoing cellar cooling issues, and the recent temperatures certainly aren’t helping matters.

🍔 Our kitchen may need to switch to a reduced menu or cold food options at times over the next few days while we manage the heat and keep our team safe and comfortable.

🍺 We’re doing everything we can to keep drinks flowing and service running smoothly, but please bear with us if things take a little longer than usual.

🐶 And finally, a word on dogs…

We absolutely love having dogs at The Holme Bush Inn. However, with temperatures climbing and shade in our beer garden being fairly limited, please think carefully before bringing your four-legged friends out during the hottest parts of the day.

There are water bowls available, but some dogs may be far happier stretched out on a cool kitchen floor at home than sitting in 30°C sunshine.

Thank you all for your patience, support and understanding.

Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’re off to stand in front of the cellar cooler and pretend everything is fine… 😅

No, it’s not The Automatic…

It’s a brand new cellar cooler! 😄🙌

After what feels like an eternity of warm cellars, fobbing beer, engineer visits and crossed fingers, we’ve finally had confirmation from the brewery that our new cellar cooler is due to be fitted this Thursday.
