More work started at the cottage, bifold doors going in out of the kitchen into the old shippon area of the farmhouse.

Well what a busy maintenance period we have had, the cottage has all new thermal efficient windows, new chimney flue liner in the lounge. We have moved the oil tank away from the nice seating area at the rear of the property. New hot water system with larger tank. New fast 4/5G Wi/Fi.. More planned in the New Year after our busy period over the festive period. 👍

No guests in this week as we do lots of maintenance in the cottage, we are now planning to continue taking bookings in 2026 until we have sold our Barn Conversion. 👍 Bruce has tried to join us but reminded him no pets allowed in the hot tub.

Well that’s 2 weeks of clearing and pruning trees to allow more sunlight into the garden, it was nice to have a short break to maintain the cottage after a busy Christmas and New Year period, 2024 was a busy year with very little gaps in bookings..👍👍 All ready now for a very busy February and bookings looking good for 2025.
