The Old Dairy is a charming and cosy self contained one bed property situated in the grounds of our home.
Perfectly located for many of the Midlands’ best attractions and close to the canal network for some lovely walks.

The babies are all still with mumma duck on our ever decreasing pond. The village pond has pretty much dried up but ours has just enough for them to swim.

Somewhere a bit different for the Midlands - Bubbenhall Lavender Farm - only 20 minutes from the cottage. A touch of Provence right here in Warwickshire. It has a small cafe and a shop selling lavender based goods, all made from their lavender.

Clever mama duck! On our pond this morning. I thought she was quacking for food but then I saw the 3 brand new babies which weren’t there yesterday. 🥰

I always think The Old Dairy looks at its best when it’s covered in roses. Perfect for a weekend break away from it all.

Found this little fella whilst weeding so took him to the pond for safety - he couldn’t wait to jump in!

A lovely little surprise from our most recent guests who very much enjoyed their stay. It makes up for the extremely rare ones we don’t manage to please but who always seem to stick in your head more. I try my best to make it a home away from home and it’s lovely that guests appreciate it.
