WORK TO STORM DRAINS

Napier Management has already contacted residents who will be directly impacted by road closures so this is for information to the wider community, particularly for those living in Poplar Paths.

Please be advised that there will be works to repair 2 sets of storm drains at the property. These works are expected to take a week. The work to the storm drains will take approximately 2 days, the remainder of the days are required so the concrete can dry out fully.

14 – 21 July – the storm drain located at the crossroads by Chalets 89-92.

28 July – 4 August – the storm drain located at the top of the road leading to chalets 96 – 104.

📢 Water Supply Update for Residents 📢

Southern Water has reported an ongoing issue affecting water supplies in our area, resulting in low water pressure or loss of water supply for some customers.

Latest update
Southern Water has a team on site repairing a burst pipe and has started reconfiguring the network. They are aiming to restore supplies within approximately the next hour.
Once supplies return, some residents may notice:

💧 Low water pressure
💧 Discoloured water

Southern Water advises that this is normal following a disruption and should be temporary.

The company has apologised for the inconvenience and thanked customers for their patience while repairs are completed.
