Fridge not keeping its cool?

Discovered this today at a habitation service.

A new owner of there first van getting it ready for the season.

I dont know how healthy the drinking water would be after going through this filter.

This has never happened to me in 20 years!

Drilled a pilot hole for a reverse camera install and WHOOSH — water under pressure 😳
For a second I thought I’d hit a water main!

Just shows how water can sit hidden inside panels without any obvious signs. Damp checks are part of our habitation services, but even with experience, you can still come across surprises like this.

Another reminder how important it is to keep on top of seals and inspections 👍

More gas leaks today. Always check your pigtails when swapping tanks over a small nick in a washer can cause problems.

Not all gas leaks are obvious… this one took some finding.
Faulty fridge valve replaced and system tested safe.

Thetford fridge trying to tell you something is wrong? Fridge worked 100% but had a constant fault on the control panel. Turned out the fan that worked didnt work.

Hi! If some of the appliances or outlets stop working in your motorhome for no real reason it might be worth checking they haven't melted!

Discovered this in a lovely wee camper after I was contacted about a flat 12v battery.

It may not always be obvious but worst case this could cost you your entire investment.
