We could use another pair of hands front of house and we'd love them to be yours. Taking orders, serving plates of deliciousness, shimmying a cocktail shaker and pulling a pint or two.

The pay's good with decent tips, the hours are negotiable, we'll feed you when on duty and the chefs hardly ever shout (except kind words of support and encouragement).

Plus we're Michelin-listed and ranked by the Times, The Telegraph and Booking.com as one of the best places to stay in the UK (which won't look too bad on your CV).

A dash of experience would be nice but not essential – the ability to hold eye contact and smile when answering questions about the menu is more important.

Sometimes a beer is just perfection. Or perhaps a chilled glass of rosé or a full bodied red is on the cards to hit the right spot.
But can anything really match a freshly shaken cocktail to set the taste buds trembling?
 
The bar is open Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 and from half three on Mondays and Tuesdays.
