Caroline one of our new housekeepers is enjoying her role with us!
When Caroline is not working she’s looking after her grandchildren or on a holiday, Dubia being her favourite place.

Please see a few of the new dishes below, more dishes to be shown in the next few days.

To start with we have,
Pan Fried Duck Breast
Roasted new potatoes, pea & spring onion puree, green vegetables, pickled apple, redcurrant and port jus.
This dish pairs well with our Runnymede Pinot Noir 🍷

Secondly we have,
Cauliflower & Spinach Balti Pie 🥧
Mashed potato, wilted greens, braised carrot & roasted onion gravy.
This dish pairs well with our Runnymede Sauvignon Blanc.

Thirdly we have,
English Onion & Thyme Soup 🍲
Served with mini Spitfire and Kentish rarebit cheese sourdough toast.
