Yes, we are still here! After a brilliant first year of renovation we are now fully open for bookings. Thank you to everybody who has visited so far. The daffodils were beautiful this year!

Well, we had great intentions of blogging about our B&B adventure on a regular basis, so apologies for the total silence !!!!!!!

The big news is that we finally open our holiday cottage on 26th July (this year!). The remaining bedrooms in the main house should be ready in September.

We have been busy though! Electrics sorted, roof repaired, damp resolved, woodchip wallpaper stripped off multiple rooms and walls replastered and painted, windows repaired, carpets laid, garden attacked, 60 x 70 foot tall leylandii removed, large areas of the external walls painted, many hours up a scaffold tower, over 150 trips to the dump, etc....... phew ! It has been tiring but so rewarding and we are loving it.

Well, the adventure has begun! Chris and Nicki will be running a B&B in Adforton, near Ludlow in Shropshire! We move in on 16th December 2020. We have so much to learn and there's plenty to do to get the house ready over the next few months. We hope to have our first guest rooms available by Easter, but friends are welcome any time!
