During this lockdown ,we are walking a virtual Offas D**e Path on a circuit in our garden. Plotting our progress on an Offas D**e map. I am happy to say we reached over half way. 88.5 miles, 1092 laps!!! 48 days

As we have time on our hands this pair of Redstarts prove a tricky bird to snap. They seem to be looking after young on the ground. Goldfinches do get a look in sometimes.

A small walk up the hill from LHC in the tranquil Clun Valley. Even in the autumn it recharges the batteries.

It seems a bit early for Swallows to be going back to South Africa, but their feeding themselves here in the field below us. Soaring and swooping in a feeding frenzy and I think doing it for fun, you can spot them chasing each other as well. Some swallows resting in the apple tree. Meanwhile a Heron tries to dry off down by the river.

A great day out from LHC. Coffee at Aberaeron. Painted houses across from the harbour. On south to the hamlet of Llangannog, where we had a leisurely swim, followed by a relaxing time in the sunshine. Later we returned to Aberaeron , where we ate at the Cellar restaurant, voted the best restaurant in Wales 2019. After which we had a leisurely drive back home. Fantastic!!!
