Imagine waking up to breathtaking views of Exmoor and Dartmoor. North Lake Chapel is a beautifully converted building, dating from 1860, situated in the heart of Devon. Explore the North Devon coast, enjoy delightful nature walks nearby or merely kick back and relax in the gorgeous surroundings. At the end of an adventurous day slip into the hot tub or snuggle up in front of the roaring log burner

. Our spacious, well equipped and stylish self catering accommodation sleeps up to 16 guests. We warmly welcome friends and family groups, including hen groups looking for a relaxing break in the countryside. A large fire pit will keep you warm on the chilly summer evenings, the perfect spot for enjoying a hot chocolate and toasting marshmallows. The galleried entrance hall leads up the turning staircase to a games area, and then through double doors into a spectacular open plan living, kitchen and dining space. A balcony runs the length of the room ensuring panoramic views of Exmoor and Dartmoor can be enjoyed throughout the seasons. Situated in mid Devon, everything the county has to offer is available to you. For a full day out, the famous beaches along the North Devon coast are just a 55 minute drive away. Our location offers some of the best walking in the county, punctuated by picture-postcard villages such as Chulmleigh, seven miles away.
