Our mission is to provide good quality and cost effective accommodation with great customer service. We are a property management company who have been providing accommodation in Stoke on Trent & Crewe for the last 10+ years. Our call centre is based in the UK with an offshore customer service team. Our property managers, housekeepers and maintenance team are based locally in Stoke on Trent & Crew

You can book directly on our website, or with our team via telephone, email or WhatsApp. Can I view the room? Our team will send you photos, videos and virtual tours to help you decide on the room that suits you best. We find this to be a quicker and more convenient service for our clients, allowing you to go from enquiry to move in within 60 minutes. If for any reason you are not happy with your room we can offer you an alternative room or a full refund within 48 hours of arrival. Terms & Conditions Apply

How do I pay? Payment is made prior to arrival and each week/month thereafter if staying longer term. Payment can be made by bank transfer, card payment over the phone or card payment online. We can also take international payments. What documents do I need? A UK passport, or international passport accompanied with your visa/permit or settlement status. For extended stays we also require your employment details or student information. How do I contact you? We have a 24 hour telephone answering service so you can always contact our team. You can also contact us by email and whatsapp 7 days a week. What is your minimum length of stay? We have a one month minimum stay for our extended stay rates. This keeps your stay flexible and you can stay for the duration that works best for you. We can also provide short stay accommodation with a 4 night minimum stay bookable on our website. Can I book a whole house? We generally provide rooms within a shared house however you can also book the whole house if you have a group of friends or family members and would like your own exclusive property.
