Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, together with a Welcome Pack consisting of bread, jams, Welsh Cakes, milk, orange juice, chocolate biscuits (and a nice bottle of wine for stays of 7 days or more). The bedroom has a King sized bed, Smart TV, large chest of drawers and a clothes rail with hangers. The double garage offers secure parking for a car, motorbikes, mountain bikes, kayaks and canoes. It also houses a fridge freezer, washer dryer with laundry detergent and conditioner. There's also a 'retractable reel' washing line. Unfortunately due to its design, with spiral staircase and mezzanine bedroom with low window ledges, the property is not suitable for the disabled or children under 10 . The Studio is strictly a no smoking property and the hosts would appreciate it if guests took off 'outside' shoes and boots at the door.
