We can all agree, it’s been a long hot summer, and an extremely busy one for us! 🥵 🔥
We’d just like to say thank you to those who decided to holiday in our little part of the world. We are truly grateful to those who chose to stay in our cottages, making special memories with friends and family.
Autumn is already in the air, and we can’t wait to welcome our September guests. 🔥 🍂 🍁

With the current dry conditions, we’re asking everyone in our community to please think twice before lighting bonfires, BBQs, fireworks or any other outdoor fires.

What may seem like a small, controlled fire can quickly spread and become extremely difficult to control — putting people, property, wildlife and our local countryside at risk. 🚒🔥

Our fire service is already stretched, with crews responding to a high number of incidents and ongoing fires across the area. Every avoidable fire puts additional pressure on our crews and resources.

If you see anyone acting suspiciously around areas at risk of fire, please report it to the Police by calling 101. If you believe a fire is being deliberately started or there is an immediate danger, call 999.

Please help us prevent unnecessary incidents, keep our crews available for those who genuinely need us, and protect our countryside. ❤️🚒
