We are Barry and Jo and we have an amazing collection of Cotswold holiday lodges on Cotswold Water Park near the old Roman town of Cirencester with most of them dog friendly. We’ve been coming to this beautiful area for many years and in 2014 we decided to make the move permanent. We set up our com

pany in 2016, starting with our own holiday home on Windrush lake but as you can see from our portfolio now, we have grown quite considerably! During the pandemic we set up our sister company, The Laundry Hub, to compliment our services and it provides our lodges with cleaning, laundry and maintenance including hot tub management and window cleaning.

Sharing our new guest journals because I’m really proud of them and can’t wait to read all the stories our amazing guests fill them with…

Brand building is all about caring about the details others overlook. Designing for legacy, not for now. Building solid foundations.

Just spent months creating our new guest journals and obsessing over the details. From the way the book engages the guest that’s reading it, to finding the perfect card-stock we use for every printed assett.

Most holiday-let conpanies wouldn’t think twice about redesigning a guestbook. Our homes have always had them. Guests love writing in them, But prior they were unbranded, inconsistent, unconnected to each other and to Be.Here.

Good design strengthens the foundations of how a brand is felt, not just seen. And a guest journal, done right, is one of the quietest and most powerful brand touchpoints you have. It sits in the home. It gets picked up. It gets read by the next guest, and moment and memories compound.

This is one of those pieces. Not a feedback form. A shared journal. Something guests enjoy writing in, and future guests love reading. The small details are where brands are built.
