I can work alongside you if someone in the business is not available, I’m just as happy cooking breakfast as serving it in the dining room.
Experienced in all areas of guest house operations so you can be reassured that your business will function seamlessly in your absence.
I can help with managing or implementing PMS (Property Management System) it can do so much more than your written diary.

A new chapter for Lovat House!

After years running Lovat House Bed & Breakfast and meeting amazing guests, I’ve decided to take what I’ve learned over this time and my time in four star hotels and resorts and help other hospitality businesses too.

From today I’ll be offering relief management and operational support — stepping in to keep things running smoothly when owners or managers need a break or an extra hand.

So if you run a guest house, small hotel, or hospitality business, and could use some help with:

Work has begun to restore the ancient tunnel system linking Crieff to Stirling castle, famously used in the battle of Stirling bridge by William Wallace.
Once work is complete you will be able to walk directly from Lovat house to Stirling castle and retrace the steps of all those brave soldiers.
