Flint Barn sleeps 4 guests in a King and Twin, and 1 well behaved dog is welcome (2 upon request), and private parking for 1 car and there is a lovely large sun trap patio at the rear. Flint Barn is a charming brick and flint barn conversion offering guests an oasis of comfort and calm for a relaxing and memorable stay. It is tucked away in a beautiful cul-de-sac moments from the village centre and beach - and with everything you will need for a perfect coastal escape it is a real home from home! There are 2 bedrooms for up to 4 persons (king and twin), bathroom with bath and over bath shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and an incredible light filled living area with its beautiful 3 meter high picture window. There is a smart TV with Freeview plus Sky TV and superfast Wifi. In the village you will find 2 pubs, a well stocked shop, independent coffee shop and delicious take away fish and chips. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the stunning (and dog friendly) East Runton beach where you can swim, surf or paddle board. It is lifeguarded in the Summer and has Blue Flag status. Facilities at the Barn include comfortable king-size and twin bedrooms and upstairs bathroom (shower over bath). There is also a snug room with another TV and desk set up in case you need a quiet space to read or catch up on emails. Downstairs has large lounge with stunning 3 meter high picture window, two sofas and a separate kitchen and dining room. The outside has a spacious rear enclosed patio to sit and enjoy the sunny days or relax with a drink or have a bbq. As the owner I strive to make sure my guests have an amazing and memorable visit to the stunning North Norfolk Coast - and so before you arrive I will send you comprehensive notes so you can plan your days out and meals out or where to buy the best local produce for nights in! The traditional seaside town of Cromer with its world famous pier is a 15 minute walk along the beach/coast path or short drive and Sheringham (with its famous steam train) is also a short drive away. Holkham, Wells next the sea are all easily accessible or visit the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, or head to the Broads. Or take the train into Norfolk's capital Norwich with its diverse shopping, art and music culture and great restaurants, cathedral, castle, and museums. For foodies you will be perfectly placed to sample Cromer crab and lobster at wonderful places like Rocky Bottoms - walking distance from the Barn. A short drive away is the outstanding Gunton Arms, or sample fish and chips from Michelin starred chef owned Upstairs at Number one in Cromer. National Trust gems Felbigg Hall, Sheringham Park and Blickling Hall are very close by all offering stunning walks and tea rooms and you can soak up the famous big skies of Norfolk.
