Tucked away within a short walk to the beach and short drive to Cromer All tent pitches include 1 car.

We might not be big or posh but we're quirky, lovely and have all the basic facilities you could want.

21 pitches we feel is perfect! for families and couples
spread over two half acre fields,

Shared Campers Kitchen with plenty fridges, freezers, microwaves, toasters, kettles, phone charging and more. NO ELECTRIC HOOKUPS sorry...... or fires but BBQs rai

sed off the ground are fine. We love dogs but please, not everyone does, so they must be on leads at all times.

10pm onward is quiet time. We want you to love the sounds of our incredible surrounding wildlife as much as we do. Please feel welcome to message us on here if you have any questions and we'll be happy to help. Because we're a small site, we're not suitable for large caravans or large camper vans or super-sized tents. We can accommodate Bell tents up to 5m but only on certain pitches so we suggest you book early to avoid disappointment. Booking is by email to:

We haven't changed our prices for years but due to the dramatic Increase in electric and water charges and the amount of free facilities that we offer, we've had to make a small increase in our fees this year. We felt this was preferable to removing the things you love at Pond Farm.

Good Value. Pond Farm Camping is ideal for 1 person campers as they charge per person per night and not per pitch . also its a friendly and safe campsite.

Nice walk tonight from pondfarm camping about 20 mins along and old railway cutting to the cliff edge then down the cliff to a secluded beach at Sidestrand
