Cosy evenings by the log burner are waiting - are you ready? 🫖

This large area is situated at the top of the track, just a short walk from the cabins.

As you can see, there is plenty of parking space for your cars or horseboxes - should you decide to bring your horse along for your stay too!

What's it like staying in an eco friendly cabin?

We encourage screen free time. There's no power sockets in the cabins, so charge your phones in our nearby office, bring a power bank, or switch them off.

There are gas powered hot showers available for both cabins, a stone's throw from each.

We have compost toilets adjacent to each cabin, literally right next to the door to the side of the cabin. These are very pleasant, easy to use and save a lot of water.

Outdoor cooking is encouraged, we have BBQ's and fire pits, you can also bring camping stoves. Our indoor log burners can also be used as a stove.

There is solar powered lighting in the cabins but bring a torch if you are spending time outside cooking or taking an evening walk to a local pub.

The local nature, countryside and skies here are amazing, switch off to tune into it.

Bring your horse on holiday when you stay in our cabins!

Horses are welcome and you can explore the 1000's of acres of Ashdown Forest behind your favourite pair of ears! We have a private block of stables away from our main yard where your horse can stay. All we ask is you bring all your own stuff.
We can show you how to get a pass to ride on the Forest, so all you need to do is tack up and go!

There's definitely some great fish in here! Whether you fancy fishing or just watching the water, come and book a stay at one of our two secluded cabins, each with it's own private lake.

Tilly's cabin is best for watching, Gallini cabin is where the best of the fish our (in our opinion).

Our cabins are located in it's heart, with easy access to forest walks and rides.

We can help you get a permit to ride your horse here, or if you'd rather just bring yourself, enjoy deep relaxation in our peaceful cabin.
