Then on Sunday, Joe’s Quiz returns! Round up your team, brush up on your general knowledge and see if you’ve got what it takes to impress Joe.

A busy summer, and a lot learnt along the way 👨‍🍳

Our kitchen apprentices have spent the last few months right in the thick of it — learning from the team, building their skills and getting plenty of experience during some seriously busy services.

It’s been great watching them grow in confidence and become a real part of the kitchen team. Plenty more to come.
