alks, craft shops & village pubs & St Andrews, the home of Scottish Golf & it's wealth of fine pubs, restaurants cafes & shops or explore the glorious East Neuk fishing villages with stunning beaches that surround us. Alongside this, on our doorstep, are refreshing & interesting countryside walks & car routes that let you discover the wealth of activities Fife has to offer. Around 35 Minutes from the iconic Forth Bridges you can add visits to the lovely villages of North & South Queensferry & Edinburgh to your stay. Here at The Steadings we offer 1 en-suite room, with combined fully fitted kitchen living space, (sleeps 4) equipped with television, clock, hairdryer, ironing facilities on request, fresh crisp linens and soft fluffy towels. The cabin sleeps upto 6 with two rooms, living room with fully fitted kitchen, all the amenities and private hot tub. Your four legged friend is also welcome by prior arrangement. Not only a great base for tourists we are a great base for walkers with a fantastic array of local routes direct from our doorstep. Golfers will enjoy the many wonderful courses of St. Andrews to the more local Ladybank Championship course. Our location also provides an ideal base for those visiting on business to the local areas such as Glenrothes & Cupar, with long stay rates available by arrangement. We provide a good base for those visiting St Andrews University on campus walk-rounds or visiting students & also for guests who are attending a wedding or special occasion at one of the many wonderful surrounding venues such as Balbirnie House, Kilconquhar Castle, Fernie, Castle, Craigsanquhar House or the Lomond Hills Hotel to name but a few. With the local pub The Kettlebridge Inn only a 10-15 minute walk down a country track you're sure to enjoy their fine Italian menu & range of wines, beers & spirits. A little further afield in the neighbouring villages there are a wealth of pubs & dining options to suit all tastes with a list of great personal recommendations we can give to our guests. For those wishing to leave the car & enjoy a wine with dinner or sample some of the fine Scottish Whisky we are able to arrange taxis to and from your chosen venue.
