There’s more to enjoy than just your cottage or lodge, with peaceful onsite walks, beautiful countryside views and plenty of friendly faces to meet along the way. 🐐🦙🦌

Keep an eye out for our pygmy goats, llamas and deer, or watch the cattle grazing in the fields as you explore.

🌓 Look up this Wednesday...

Something rather special is happening in the skies above Scotland.

On Wednesday 12th August, the Moon will pass in front of the Sun, creating a spectacular partial solar eclipse. Around 90% of the sun will be covered across much of Scotland, with the eclipse reaching its peak at around 7pm.

And if you're staying at Balmeadowside, just step outside, find a clear view of the sky and enjoy the changing light over the Fife countryside 🌿

We have one lodge available if you'd like to make a last minute trip of it to watch the eclipse from the hot tub!

🐰 Hare Lodge, sleeping 2 - Tuesday 11th August for 2 nights - £520.00

Remember to use proper solar eclipse glasses or another safe viewing method. Never look directly at the sun.
