Meet the Vital Spark, one of Scotland's last remaining sea-going puffers, now docked at Inveraray pier on the picturesque Loch Fyne. This historic vessel was even the inspiration for a fictional puffer in Neil Munro's Para Handy books. Take in the stunning views of the loch, with its spring clouds and pretty reflections, as you admire this derelict yet charming boat.

❔Did you know that Saint Conan's Kirk is considered one of Scotland's most unusual churches?

Walter Campbell, architect of St Conan's Kirk, was a man of many talents. He was a most capable if somewhat unorthodox architect, enthusiastic collector of unusual objects that he picked up on his travels and incorporated into his designs. This eclectic mix of styles is demonstrated through the church, showcasing various Norman, Romanesque and Celtic styles.

This is not one to be missed on a trip to Oban or surrounding areas!
