Bidding farewell to Lily 👋🏼

Lily has been working with Ellie for 3 years. She first started when she was still at college completing her NVQs, where she has particularly taken a shine to baking and pastry.

It has been a great joy to watch Lily flourish and build confidence in the kitchen. Lily has created some delicious desserts that have proved popular on the Saltfish menus.

We wish her well and every success as she moves on in her career to Liverpool 👏🏼✨
