I wasn't up early enough to see this but Seabreeze Cottage was, and they captured a stunning sunrise over Slapton Sands. Just beautiful!

I was awake for the sunrise this morning. Mother wasn’t. That makes a change!

We've had such lovely people camping with us this week. We are so pleased that they have had such fabulous beach weather. Torcross is looking fantastic.

What a fabulous bank holiday & half term, reminded me of summers here when I was a child ☀️⁣

So wonderful to see everyone enjoying beach days and getting in the sea for a dip, swim or SUP etc 🏖️🏊🏼‍♂️ ⁣

Great news that the recent NE winds and strong tides have brought back the sand and restored the beach level at Torcross. All ready for the sun!

We took a walk up on Gallants Bower, above Dartmouth Castle. The views of the mouth of the River Dart are spectacular from there but today it was the millions of bluebells that were the star attraction.
