The kitchen is very well equipped with granite work surfaces, 5-ring ceramic hob, electric double oven and grill, slim-line dishwasher, microwave,

fridge and freezer. The Sitting area has a leather corner sofa, large single leather armchair, 42" flatscreen TV, DVD player and separate CD music system. UTILITY ROOM To the side of the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer is located in a cupboard by the front door. Master bedroom with King size bed, bedside tables and large dressing area to the rear of the room with wardrobe and dresser. En suite shower room with large shower cubicle, wash hand basin, w.c., shaver point and light. Bedroom two has twin single beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and hand/bath towels are provided. BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a luxurious family bathroom comprising bath with hand held shower, wash hand basin, w.c. and shaver point. OUTSIDE Small communal seating area in front of the property. PARKING Allocated parking available to the rear of the building for one car. DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIP Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times and for restrictions on when children can use the pool. DATE FOR 2023 MOVED

After very careful deliberation, consideration to all, meetings and a resounding majority committee vote, the dates for the entirely free Dart Music Festival in 2023 are now 19/20/21 May.

We are sorry to move the dates for this one off, momentous occasion, but are, of course, delighted that our town and the whole of the UK will have a fabulous Coronation weekend to enjoy…with a fantastic music packed weekend in Dartmouth 2 weeks later.
