To each and everyone who has been part of our journey at the Fox and Hounds in Charwelton ❤️

The time has come to say farewell. After countless memories, laughs, and shared moments, we’re leaving the Fox and Hounds. It’s been our greatest joy to serve each of you, to be the backdrop for your celebrations, your quiet moments, and your late-night conversations.

This isn’t just a goodbye. It’s a heartfelt thank you to every one of you who made this pub a community hub. Your presence, laughter, and friendship have made these last 18 months truly unforgettable.

On this final night, we invite you to gather with us one last time as Box McQuinn plays our last gig. Let’s fill the room with stories, music, and joy, just as we always have. Let’s toast to the memories we’ve made and the ones that will stay with us forever.

We will miss the warmth of this place for sure. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our journey.

3 days left until we say our goodbyes….

But we’ve still got some cracking deals on tonight and tomorrow night with our signature burgers and triple cooked chips for £10.99 each.

What’s your favourite? Aberdeen Angus Beef burger, Grilled Chicken Burger or a bad boy Veggie Burger? Don’t worry fish lovers….fish and chips is also on the deal.

We will still be serving Madri, Phipps IPA and some Hawkstone Cider on tap till the last day….along with house wines and spirits.

To our cherished customers of the Fox and Hounds, Charwelton ❤️

After nearly 18 months of serving our incredible community, we’ve made the heartfelt decision to close, and hence we will be leaving the pub.

After countless pints poured, stories shared, and memories made, we’ve decided it’s time to close the doors of our beloved pub. While this may come as a surprise, it’s not been taken lightly.

We’re incredibly grateful for the warmth, laughter, and camaraderie you’ve brought into our lives over the time we have been open. Every moment spent with you has been a reminder of the amazing country pub atmosphere in this beautiful village and we’re proud to have been a part of it.

But don’t worry – We’re dreaming up ways to keep the spirit alive as we wind down and want to continue bringing people together whilst we are still around.
