A deposit of £50 is required when booking to confirm your dates balance of your holiday is due 4 weeks before your stay via bank transfer

No refunds available if cancelled within 1 month of holiday dates. you can either bring your own or hire from us at additional cost

1 small pet anymore please contact before booking. Please leave the caravan as you found it. It is cleaned between every visit and would appreciate it clean and tidy once you leave. The caravan consists of

TV's in all rooms
PlayStation,games,
colours/books, toys
Alexa, Dvd's, hairdryer. Air fryer, vaccum, pan/brush, iron/ironing board
The park has lots of things to entertain
Kids Park, fishing pond, lovely walks, pool, kids entertainment in club, they offer additional entertainment leaflets in van, 10 min walk into dawlish where the train station is, lovely walks access to beach, arcade. entertainment cards can be purchased at reception
The prices are:

Off Peak break Adults £15 Children £10 - we only charge maximum of £25 for the caravan
Week Adults £25 Children £20 but again we charge maximum of £45

Peak Break Adults £25 Children £15 we charge maximum £40
Week Adult £40 child £30 max £75

There is an inside and outside swimming pool you can also use the sister site dawlish Warren club house and indoor pool you will need to book. Availability throughout the year ask for your dates. NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDABLE ( EXCEPT BOND)

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION THE SECURITY BOND WILL BE RETUNED WITH IN 14 DAYS

THE CARAVAN SHOULD NOT SLEEP MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE AT ANY ONE TIME
THE CARAVAN IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR RENT FOR FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS

THE HIRER MUST BE OVER 20 YEARS OF AGE

THE OWNER OR THERE REPRESENTATIVE SHALL BE ALLOWED TO ACCESS THE (CARAVAN) IF NEEDED

THE CARAVAN OWNER WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DEATH OR ILLNESS OR LOSS OF PROPERTY OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY THE HIRER OR MEMBER OF THEIR PARTY OR ANY OTHER PARTY'S

ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING/ BROKEN ITEMS MUST BE PAYED FOR IN FULL

MAXIMUM OF 2 CARS/ PLEASE NOTE NO ELECTRIC CAR IS TO BE CHARGED FROM MY CARAVAN, UNLESS PAID FOR PLEASE ADVISE WHEN BOOKING IF YOU WILL BE CHARGING YOUR CAR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE BREAKING ANY OF THE CONDITIONS

IF THE CARAVAN IS NOT FOUND EXACTLY HAS YOU FIND IT CLEAN AND TIDY AND NO DAMAGE NO BREAKAGES ECT YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR £100 BOND

Hello everyone I hope you have all had a fantastic Easter, and now enjoying this beautiful weather, we have been busy the last couple of weeks celebrating 4years of owning The Robins nest Golden sands Dawlish, 10 year wedding anniversary, birthdays and Easter, now we are back home, and ready to give you the getaway you deserve wheather that's a weekend or a full week, we have the dates for you, plenty to do in and around the park, or just relax on the decking listing to the birds sing, if you are quiet enough then you might get a few visitors our resident Robin, magpie, squirrel or rabbits may pop on buy.
