A little more about what’s coming to Brunel’s… 🍽️

We want to say a huge thank you for the incredible response to our announcement! It’s been a joy to see such excitement from the community, and we can’t wait to welcome you all.

Now, we wanted to clear up a little bit about what you can expect from us, along with a little sneak peek of the new bar 👀

At the core of Brunel’s is a genuine passion for good food.

We’re working closely with a range of local suppliers to bring you carefully selected ingredients, chosen by our chef, Chris, who has put his absolute all into the menus we’re proud to share. Moving between classic breakfasts, lunch favourites, fine evening dining, Mediterranean-inspired tapas, and traditional Sunday roasts, we’re making sure there’s something for you to enjoy throughout the entire week.

But it doesn’t end there! Alongside our regular menus, Chris will be creating daily specials inspired by the seasons, making the most of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. So keep an eye on the blackboard for something new every time you visit!

Of course, we haven’t forgotten about the drinks! 🍸 The drinks menu is still under construction (as is most of the place), but we will be sharing more about what to expect behind the bar very soon.

We've noticed a few conversations about us already, so it was about time we joined in and introduced ourselves properly.

Welcome to Brunel's Coffee • Kitchen • Bar.

A new all-day dining destination on The Strand, covering everything from your morning coffee and classic breakfasts to thoughtfully crafted evening menus, sharing plates and cocktails.

Behind the scenes, we’ve spent countless hours, late nights, and early mornings poring over every detail to create a welcoming environment for all to enjoy at any time of day. From carefully shaping the space itself to hand-selecting local suppliers and refining every detail of our menus, we're trying to create a place for good food, good drinks, and even better company.

And while there's still plenty going on, we're getting very close to welcoming you through our doors.

We'll be revealing more over the weekend, including details of our grand opening and what to expect when you visit.
