Bank holiday weekend is now fully booked, we have the friday available as a 1 night stopover only.
We have availability the weekend of the 14th of August and a few midweek days.
Plenty of availability in september

We have availibility for the rest of the summer including August bank holiday weekend.
We have 4 pitches with fresh water, hook-up and grey waste for £19 per night inclusive.
1 pitch with hook-up only at £17 per night inclusive.
We are an Adults only caravan and motorhome club CL Site so members only. Plenty of walks, we are dog friendly with 2 enclosed fields.
Please note we don't have a toilet or shower.

Nice to hear our guests are enjoying their stay so thank you Suzanne 😀. In the current climate with the cost of living and increased fuel prices, i would say a lot of our guests this year are not travelling from a great distance away and yes we have been quieter this year compared to previous years. We are only a short drive off junction 25 of the motorway, so we are close to Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, chesterfield, mansfield, alfreton, to name just a few.
If you come to us in a caravan there are plenty of places of interest to visit without having to travel miles, if you come to us in a motorhome we do allow tow cars or a motorhome and accompanied car at no extra cost, we dont charge for awnings or dogs so the price you see is inclusive.
If you are coming in a motorhome it would be advisable to come prepared as the nearest convenience store is around 2/3 mile away, ok if you have a bike, or if essentials run low i don't mind doing a shop for you.
If you have a car there are plenty of superstores in ilkeston to choose from.
There are numerous takeaways and uber eats can be delivered to site.
We have 3 local pubs all walkable and all dog friendly, we also have tearooms/ cafes for breakfasts, cakes and teas and coffee.
If walking is what you enjoy there are plenty of walks directly from site to choose from, whether you only want to go a few miles or a good hike. Google maps and apps such as all trails can help you find a route.
We have always aimed to offer a reasonable price for your pitch and we do have a good few return guests who love this area as much as we do.
You can have a grass pitch for the night with Electric hook-up for £17 per night inclusive.
If you prefer a serviced pitch with hook-up, water and grey water drain either on grass or partial hard-standing then it's £19per night all in.
We dont have a toilet or shower.
We do have 2 Enclosed excercise fields either side of the site to let your dogs stretch their legs.
You do need to be a caravan and motorhome club member to stay with us.

We have availability for may and the next bank holiday.
We now have 4 fully serviced pitches 2 on grass and 2 on partial hardstanding.
£19 per night inclusive!
You do have to be a member of the caravan and motorhome club to stay with us.
For non members it is easy to join up and gives you access to all the other cls like ourselves. Cl stands for certified location, which means we are a small campsite that can accept up to a maximum of 5 caravans or motorhomes at any time, Our licence to operate is issued by the caravan and motorhome club so we can only accept members on site, most cl sites are a lot cheaper in comparison to the bigger sites, therefore the cost of joining is soon recuperated. You can join from £56.95 for the year. You get access to the club sites and the network of over 2,000 cl sites, a monthly magazine and a map with all sites listed and a handbook too.
