The beginning of September at The Kedleston: the days are beginning to shorten, the first signs of autumn are appearing in our gardens, and there’s a sense of change and new beginnings.
Apples and pears are ripening on the trees, the surrounding fields are full of corn, and if you’re particularly lucky, you might even spot a few baby hares nipping between the rows.
As many of you know, our restaurant has now closed as we begin this next chapter for The Kedleston - but that certainly doesn’t mean things are slowing down. In fact, we have plenty to look forward to over the coming months!
Car lovers... We’re looking forward to our Pimm’s & Rims USA Special on 19th September, followed by our final Pimm’s & Rims of the season on 25th September. Come along, admire some beautiful cars and enjoy food and drinks in the gardens while you can.
And as we head into autumn, October is already looking rather exciting, with a Psychic Supper, another Wedding Open Day and some wonderfully autumnal Paint & Sip events on the calendar. Discover more on the Events page of our website.
