What are the chances? Last weekend, our guests asked if they could purchase one of my pen and ink drawings of the Old Rectory which was hanging in our guest suite, so I hastily drew a replacement to fill the space on the wall. This weekend, we had the exact same request from another guest, so it's been another busy weekend of drawing. Another satisfied customer!

There's lots to see and do in Norfolk during September... and it's much less crowded than during the peak summer season. The Red Barn Foulsham is a great base, whether you're visiting the stunning beaches of the North Norfolk coast, exploring the iconic Norfolk Broads or looking for a spot of retail therapy in the beautiful City of Norwich.

September is a lovely time to visit north Norfolk. The sea is warm, there’s lots of wildlife to spot, everything is still open and it's less crowded. There are also some fantastic events taking place.
