🏆 We have some incredible news to share! 

At last night’s Receptionist Awards 2026, our amazing Reception Team were crowned Team of the Year!

As a small independent hotel competing alongside some of the biggest names in the industry, we couldn’t be prouder to see our team recognised among the very best in hospitality.

These awards involve assessed entries, mystery guest visits, and a rigorous judging process, making this achievement even more special for our team.

We are also incredibly proud of Brooke, who was a finalist in the Most Promising Receptionist category in her very first year of employment! 

A heartfelt thank you to the NIHF for a fantastic evening, and congratulations to all of this year’s nominees and winners!
