A warm welcome to all and recommended by many! A lovely, welcoming and homely inn in the beautiful Snowdonia village of Dolwyddelan. With fantastic views over the river and valley the hotel is at the foot of Mount Siabod. All rooms ensuite, one four-poster, four doubles, one twin, one familiy suite and a small bunkhouse. We sleep up to 23 people. We have a small award-winning restaurant and serve

delicious evening meals. Cosy bar with wood-burning stove. Excellent place to stay and highly recommended by our many repeat guests.

Manners are important, I know we all have our moments but some people take the biscuit!

Here is a map of just *some* of the castles in Cymru. This map contains a mixture of both native and non-native castles. Of course, these aren't all of them - there are dozens (if not hundreds) missing.

How many of these have you been to? I have written posts for all castles on this map, with the exception of Cilgerran, Hensol and Llawhaden. I'll have to get on that soon!
