Half-term starts a week today and if you've not planned anything yet — we've got you 🎃

One booking. Two nights. Pumpkin picking, carving, the Ghoul Trail, the disco, crafts, the play park, the animals, and the burger van so you're not cooking.

£50 for a family of four. Twenty minutes from Yorkshire Wildlife Park, The Dome and Boston Park Farm if you fancy making a proper week of it.

Electric pitches: fully booked ⚡

Our electric hook-up pitches have now gone — thank you, everyone who's booked.

Grass pitches are still available and there's plenty of room. From £10 a night, with hot showers and proper toilets on site, and the animals to keep the kids busy.

Tell us your plans in the comments. Inflatable pumpkins? Smoke machine? A full haunted house built out of an awning? We want to know.

Under two weeks to go 🎃 A few of you have asked what it costs if your family is bigger than the classic two-and-two, so here you go:

→ 2 adults + 2 children — £50
→ 2 adults + 3 children — £55
→ 3 adults + 2 children — £52
→ 2 adults + 4 children — £60

The family ticket is £50 for up to two adults and two children. After that it's just £2 for each extra adult and £5 for each extra child. Under 2s come free.

Every one of those includes both nights' camping and everything that's on across the weekend.

You don't need one. Our bell tents are up, made up and waiting — proper beds, rugs, the lot. You bring a bag and a bottle of something.

Warm, dry and about a hundred times cosier than a Halloween weekend under canvas has any right to be.

🍺 A bar on site — soft drinks are available now, the rest is on its way
📶 Pay-as-you-go wifi, so you can work a day and stay the week

We said we'd keep making this place better and we meant it. More to come.

In the meantime: hot showers, large pitches, the burger van, the animals, and pitches from £10 a night — open 365 days a year.
