A peaceful location in mature grounds on the site of an old Linen Mill. A special place to visit for a truly relaxing enjoyable stay in a unique tranquil rural setting. Mill Lodge B&B is located in Dromore Co. Down 15 miles South of Belfast with easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs and to the A1 Belfast to Dublin dual carriageway. There is a large guest lounge with a large TV and DVD player a piano, games etc. Mill Lodge features free WiFi access and extensive free private parking. Mill Lodge has seven king size en suite bedrooms and one large delux single en suite room that can convert to a delux twin. Additional beds can be added to the rooms for family accommodation.
Access is by a private lane and bridge. Located in 15 acres of natural woodland with lakes and over half a mile of River Lagan frontage the wildlife is varied and plentiful with Kingfishers, Herons, Rabbits, Badgers etc. Excellent private angling is available to guests, including 5 acres of Carp Fishing, (rods and tackle available). There are a number of beautiful country walks at hand. Dromore Leisure Center is a 300 meter walk away with a full fitness suite, lawn bowling, tennis and other fully supervised sports/fitness activities available.
Each guest room is equipped with a large smart flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, kettle and full refreshments, free toiletries and hairdrier. Other appliances are available on request free of charge. The whole ground floor (hall, guest lounge and dining room) and extensive south facing patio are wheelchair friendly accessible, offering opportunities and facilities to BBQ for all guests when the weather is good. Our ground floor Beeches bedroom (Superior King) has a fully equipped en suite wet room with full disabled (incl. alarm) facilities. Your hosts are on hand to assist as required.

Breakfast Menu.
Includes seeds and a dried fruit selection. The buffet dresser is filled every morning with a selection of cereals, local breads, fruit and a selection of yoghurts. Honey, jams and marmalades are home made. Herbal teas, stevia sweetner and peanut butter are also available.

For example, our popular Breakfast Sundae for the health conscious, a tall glass with layers of blueberries, banana, vanilla or Greek yoghurt with honey and Armagh toasted oats. Also griddled pancakes with Irish bacon and maple syrup. Omelettes are another favourite or toasted bagels’ with chrispy Irish bacon, cream cheese and maple syrup.
For breakfast we serve eggs from local free range chickens. The sausages bacon black pudding and smoked fish are all sourced from some of our wonderful local artisan producers and provided through the renowned long established award winning Quail’s butchers in Dromore.
