In previous reviews, some people accused us, of our beds being infested with bed bugs... and yes, we had a few minor cases, but the experts came and fixed the problem.
But if we do a Google search on how exactly they get inside the rooms... we find out that: *** Copilot Search Branding - Bed bugs enter homes primarily by hitchhiking on luggage, clothing, furniture, and personal belongings from infested locations.
Hitchhiking on Belongings: Bed bugs are expert hitchhikers. They crawl into luggage, backpacks, purses, clothing, and shoes, often unnoticed due to their small, flat size and nocturnal activity. A single pregnant female or eggs can start a full infestation if brought into your home from an infested location, such as a hotel or public transportation.
Even items left on the curb or purchased from thrift stores may carry these pests
Visitors and Guests: Bed bugs can be brought in by guests who unknowingly carry them in bags, clothing, or personal items
Multi-Unit Buildings: In apartments or condos, bed bugs can travel between units through walls, electrical outlets, plumbing, or shared ductwork.
Public Spaces: Sitting on infested seats in buses, trains, or airplanes can allow bed bugs to attach to clothing or bags and be transported home.
Misconceptions
Bed bugs are not attracted to dirt or poor hygiene. They feed on human blood and can infest both clean and high-end homes, hotels, or apartments. Clutter may provide hiding spots but does not cause infestations.
*** So in the future be careful about the places you visit, or where you put your luggage ... they are very small but they travel with you 🫣ðŸ¤ðŸ˜±
