Some great suggestions on local hill walks from our fab friends over at Prize Paws - Dog Friendly Places To Stay ❤️

👣 Great Dog hills to climb with your doggo near Loch Lomond

#1. Conic Hill - this leg stretcher isn't too demanding BUT for not too much effort you are going to get maximum views of Loch Lomond from the top. If you take your time it's about an hour and a bit to reach the summit and there are loads of scenic places you can stop for a picnic.

#2. Dumgoyne - There are many reasons to climb this hill but one great one is that there is a distillery at the bottom 🙌 where you can stock up on whisky. There isn't a huge amount of parking space and be warned that parts of the climb are steep so you need to be fairly fit to do AND have your knees intact. It's about 40 mins to the top and you get amazing views of the valley and towards Glasgow.

#3. Ben Lomond - you need a bit more commitment for this one. The path is easy to follow, so no real navigation skills required BUT you do need to wear sensible footwear and clothes as this one is a proper Munro. Take a day to do it, stop for a picnic and you'll be rewarded with incredible views from the top.

This wee sausage has been out of action for almost 2 months now with intermittent lameness. She has an appointment with an orthopaedic specialist next week. We are missing all her crazy antics in the woods and her swimming and diving 😭❤️
