I love taking on bespoke commissions! These are a selection of recent ones I’ve completed 🌈🤍🤎🐑

I can either use fleece from my (vast!) collection of local fleeces, or use fleece from customer’s own sheep.

I work closely with customers, keeping them updated on progress and involving them with decisions all the way through. So every wall hanging, rug or seat pad is totally unique 💙

This November I’m running two workshops in partnership with the Moray Wellbeing Festival 💙 ARTS for Wellbeing

We’ll spend an afternoon learning to weave on a peg loom with sheep’s fleece from local farms.

The repetitive process of weaving allows your brain to relax, the soft textures of the fleece feel lovely in your hands and the satisfaction of creating your own unique rug to take home is so rewarding 💙

We’ve been getting great feedback for our walker’s wool!

Using locally sourced, carded fleece on your feet (under your socks) can prevent and relieve foot blisters, hot spots, and toe friction.

It works by reducing friction, absorbing moisture and cushioning pressure. It even integrates with your socks: as you walk, the loose fleece lightly binds and fuses with your sock, which keeps it securely in place without rolling or bunching!

A different kind of peg loom workshop coming soon, join me for an evening of weaving to create your own unique piece of art!

On Wednesday 7th October I’m coming to the The Green Hall with my looms, lots of beautiful, local sheep’s fleece and I need your creativity!

This workshop is part of a series of workshops being organised as part of Creative Tomintoul. An informal group that has come together through Tomintoul250, it aims to celebrate and promote the creativity of Tomintoul and the surrounding area.

So, using fleece from farms local to Tomintoul, let’s create some beautiful art!

What an amazing response to my ‘mini Lettoch sheep to take home’ idea!

These are approx 6cm across mini sheep, wrapped in the fleece from our own sheep. They have a badge clasp on the back so you can wear them if you wish.

What a fabulous workshop today at The Foggie Neuk 💙

We used lots of lovely, local sheep’s fleece from Blue Texels, Icelandic, Welsh mountain, Suffolk, Texels, Torddu and also from an alpaca called Cinderella!

Every rug was unique and super soft and cosy - ideal for a cosy seat pad!

My next workshop is on the 7th October (it’s an evening one to weave a piece of wall art) and I’ve still got a couple of places available so get in touch if you’d like to join me (I’ll put the poster for this in the comments)
