Good evening all,

Tiverton Angling Club have made the difficult decision to close the fishing lake from midnight Wednesday 12th August until further notice due to the current water level and temperature.

The low water level and high temperature is placing considerable stress on the fish, and the Club feels that temporarily closing the lake is the most responsible course of action to protect their welfare.

We will continue to monitor the conditions and will provide a further update when the situation improves and it is safe to reopen the lake.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

"A fantastic relaxing few days at Damsel Lodge. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Dulverton is a 5-minute drive away with a variety of pubs, restaurants and local facilities. A real bonus that the lodges are pet friendly as we travelled with our three dogs. Kim and Dane do a fantastic job in making your holiday truly memorable."
