Hi all, sorry for the last minute post but we have live music at the Anchor tomorrow night (Saturday 17th).
Rhys Lewis is going to do a set for us for the first time, usual start of 20.30/21.00

Well it looks like Summer is over 😢

But to help everyone into the autumn/winter months we are putting together some fun nights to raise everyone’s spirits.
Starting this Wednesday when Karen and co are back for TRANNYOKE night. Tune up those singing voices and come down for a bit of fun as always. We think new bar manager Andy should do the first song 👍

Wednesday 23rd Trannyoke night, starts 8.30/9ish

Hi all, just to let everyone know July 19th will be the last Sunday that we will be providing roast dinners until the end of the summer.
We have noticed that more and more customers just want our main menu choices.
When autumn arrives and the weather changes we’ll bring them back unless popular opinion determines otherwise.
Any feedback is always welcomed.

Hi all, this Friday (10th) we’ve got Ollie coming back for his second gig at the Anchor. Unfortunately I missed his first appearance but we had nothing but great comments and feed back about him, it’d be great to get him a pub full to play to so come on down, as usual music will start around 20.30/21.00

Have any of our Exebridge neighbours/residents seen our black cat from the Anchor? He has gone wondering again😞
If you could check your sheds to check he hasn’t been locked in it would be greatly appreciated.

All a bit last minute but Kris is going to join us again on Friday night (5th).
Always a great night especially after a dull rainy June week. Usual start 8.30 / 9 ish.

So we’re going to have a music weekend this week, as previously posted we’ve got Jason Toft on Friday night, but also we have Ollie Armitage here on Saturday night as well. If you remember Ollie had to reschedule as he was unfortunately taken ill last time so this will be his first visit to the Anchor as well.
So you’re all spoilt for choice this weekend, the only solution is to come out both nights and then sleep on Sunday!
