We're off up to Wagtail this weekend. We love sharing it with people and guests love it so much that it's usually fully booked but its a real treat to be able to go and stay there ourselves when we get a little gap in bookings. There's availability at the end of September too but I think that'll get booked as it's a lovely time of year to visit Southwest Scotland. Really looking forward to this view and so is Harry (dog)

Hi all, We've got some unexpected availability for the end of September. Fully enclosed garden, (5 ft fencing) for up to 4 dogs. Sleeps 4 adults. SW Scotland. Just over the border from Cumbria. Overlooking the beach. It's a great time of year for walking and exploring the surrounding area or just chilling out in Southerness on the beach.

We've just spent a week at Wagtail. Glorious weather. We've spent alot of time tidying and doing jobs but still time to enjoy walking along that spectacular beach. The area was quite busy but we still had the beach to ourselves a lot of the time. It's pretty booked up but we've had a cancellation for this week. If we'd known we'd have stayed longer ourselves. Judging by the way it's been booked up this year we'd better get our dates in for next year pretty quickly.
