Over this weekend why not call into the Galloway Country Fair being held this weekend at Drumlanrig Castle & Country Estate near Thornhill.

Visit the trade stands, the working dog displays or just watch Buccleuch and Queensberry Caledonia Pipe Band.

Or visit Dunscore Gala parade then gala dance being held in the holm fields just outside Dunscore.

Or call into Dalscone Farm where they are hosting a world class sheep dog day.
