Arbigland Estate Seaside Holiday Cottages
Hoping you are all keeping well and that you'll be able to come and stay with us this Summer. We've got a new house that will be ready soon which will sleep 12, it's got 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms so ideal for a large family gathering if we are all able to get together again.

Thank goodness our holiday cottages are filling up fast, fingers crossed all goes well however we are offering to change any bookings if due to Government legislation re Covid you are unable to come so you will lose nothing. We look forward to hopefully seeing you soon.

I wonder if any of you have seen 'The Wife' starring Glen Close which has just been released? Some of it was filmed here at The House on the Shore (Arbigland Estate) and I hope this is a link to a very positive bit from the Producer - 'Piers Tempest' about their experience of using Scotland as a film location. It's a great film and well worth seeing.

The Wife - starring Glenn Close and Jonathan Pryce - was filmed in Dumfries and Galloway and Glasgow.

Due to a cancellation, we've suddenly got the next two weeks (June 2nd - 16th) available at Shore Cottage (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 6) which otherwise is solidly booked all through the Summer. The suns been shining and the Swallows are back and you'll have the beach to yourself.
