A little about us

• We build timber-framed houses of all shapes and sizes
• In 2004, we designed and built our first pod
• Our craftsmen in Dumfries use the best local materials, and we guarantee our pods for 35 years
• We are proud of the quality and finish – we don’t cut corners your guests will appreciate that
• Quite simply, we believe they are the best on the market

Our pods start from only

£5995. You can either buy outright, or we can offer part-ownership or lease. Typically, pods achieve 200 nights per year, at an average of £40 per night. You’d be very welcome to come our factory, or visit one of our sites to see a pod in action. And we’d be delighted to make a site visit to you, to discuss the potential.
