Our 8 birth static caravan based on Parkdean, Southerness (just outside Dumfries) is available to let throughout the 2018 season.

Beautiful site with loads to keep everyone entertained! Lovely location with amenities within 2 minutes walk from the van. Arcades, bar, shows, swimming pool and restaurant. Beach is a couple of mins away. Site also has convenience store and laundrette. And there's a stunning golf course next door to the park.

Van comes with all utensils to make your stay comfotable: 40" TV, fridge, microwave, plates etc. Duvets and pillows provided, but must provide bed sheets and duvet covers and towels.

Park passes are not included in price but can be purchased from reception when collecting keys.

£50 deposit (refundable) with full payment required 2 weeks prior to arrival.
* additional refundable deposit required for each dog

TAKING PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS ♡♡

With a provisional date of parks being able to open from 15th July (as we are situated on a Scottish site) we are pleased to offer bookings for our 8 berth on Parkdean's Southerness site.

We are aware that the recent events may be affecting people's budgets and that services on site and surrounding may be restricted, so are offering reduced rates as follows:

Weekend (3 nights) £100
Weekday (4 nights) £120
Full week £200
2 weeks £350

Bookings being taken with a £50 deposit upon booking and full settlement required 2 weeks in advance of your arrival date. Any government enforced changes which mean your trip cannot commence will be refunded in full, including deposits.

We will be ensuring the caravan is fully cleaned and sanitized between each visit.
